Why Trust FreeBonus.co
The casino review industry has a credibility problem. Most sites make more money when they recommend bad casinos. We built FreeBonus.co to fix that.
We Are Not Paid to Rank High
Nearly every major casino review site ranks by commission tier. Higher payout to the site equals higher ranking. This is rarely disclosed. We do the opposite: all casinos pay us the same affiliate rate regardless of our score. Our rating is free to be honest.
We have rejected casinos offering double or triple our standard commission because their bonuses were overadvertised or their max cashout was too low. We have recommended casinos with lower affiliate rates because the product was better. Your trust matters more than a higher commission.
Real Money, Real Testing
We don't write reviews from marketing materials. Sarah and our team use real accounts, real identity verification, and real money. Here's what that means:
- Every bonus is claimed and played through on the exact terms listed
- Wagering requirements are calculated and documented (not guessed)
- Withdrawal requests are submitted and timed from request to receipt
- Support is tested with real questions during peak hours
- Results are logged and verified before publication
When a casino advertises "instant withdrawals" but actually processes in 10 days, you'll see the real timeline on our page. When terms are written to hide trap rules, we flag it. When support is helpful and fast, we credit it.
Our 5-Point Scoring System
Our ratings are transparent and weighted. Every casino is scored on five factors:
- Bonus Value (30%): Does the offer match what's advertised? Is the amount and free spin count realistic compared to competitors?
- Terms Fairness (25%): Are wagering requirements reasonable (we avoid 60x+)? Are game restrictions disclosed? Are max cashout caps transparent?
- Withdrawal Speed (20%): How long does a cash-out actually take? Do crypto withdrawals process faster than cards?
- Customer Support (15%): Is help available 24/7? Do live chat agents actually solve problems or just deflect?
- Licensing and Safety (10%): Is the casino regulated in a recognized jurisdiction? Do they publish audit reports?
This breakdown means you can weight factors yourself. If withdrawal speed matters more to you, you see it. If you prioritize licensing, the score reflects that.
What We Refuse to Promote
We have hard rules that automatically exclude casinos from our ranking:
- Wagering requirements above 60x the deposit and bonus combined
- Max cashout caps below $100 on welcome bonuses
- No-deposit bonuses that have never been successfully withdrawn (we test this first)
- Casinos operating without current, verifiable licensing
- Casinos with more than 3 unresolved player complaints in recent regulatory reports
A casino paying us a higher commission does not override these rules. If the terms are poor, it stays off our list.
Conflict of Interest Transparency
We earn money from referrals. This is a conflict of interest by definition. We manage it by: not tying our income to your score, publishing our methodology so you can audit it, being willing to recommend against casinos even if we're paid to promote them, and updating ratings when terms change so you always see current data.
We're not unbiased. We're biased toward you getting a fair deal and being able to cash out. That's the bias we choose.
